As fundraisers, we have more technology at our disposal than ever before.  From digital platforms to CRMs, from data appends to fundraising intelligence, the tools and resources can make our work faster, more efficient, and yield higher fundraising results. But it often requires an investment – and convincing a board or leadership team can be a challenge. After all, if fundraising is about relationships, why do you need all this tech stuff?Join T. Clay Buck for an in-depth look at the impact of technology and data on fundraising results, how to measure the return on investment, and ways to make informed decisions about technology for you and your leadership.

Roxy Novo | Hearts 2 Headlines

The psychology of color teaches us we can use colors to influence how people feel without a single word. This is true in branding, as well as our outfits and how we choose to present ourselves. Everything from the shade of color to the amount of it we wear can create subconscious impressions that boost your chances of getting what you want. Let’s discuss how you can show up for your nonprofit better just by what you show up in.

Lidia Varesco Racoma | Lidia Varesco Design

Nonprofit communications and marketing professionals often balance multiple responsibilities, including creating Canva designs on the fly. In this fast-paced session, you will learn how to create more effective Canva graphics by utilizing key design principles. We’ll cover layout, color, typography, and imagery, helping you create effective and engaging digital designs. Best practices for staying on-brand will also be discussed. Prior Canva experience is not required, though familiarity is helpful. Resources will be provided.

Tekoah Boatner | Youth Oasis

This program emphasizes the importance of strategic planning, and the application of human-centered design to ensure smooth transitions that foster organizational stability and growth. Through a mix of theoretical insights, practical tools, and case studies, participants will develop the capacity to lead their organizations through leadership changes while maintaining a focus on inclusivity and justice.

Chyla Graham | CNRG Accounting Advisory, in partnership with Consultants for Good (C4G)

During the time together, we dive into your organization's vision for the next three years and develop an outline for what systems need to be in place to reach the financial goals that have been identified. We'll also put together a timeline for addressing their priorities.

Logan Foote | GolfStatus

Sponsorships are the cornerstone of a successful golf fundraiser, so sales strategies are crucial to building sponsorship packages, pitching to potential partners, and demonstrating the value of your tournament. Join Logan Foote, Sales and Education Director at GolfStatus, for a deep dive into golf tournament sponsorship strategies that work—from creating attractive sponsorships to pricing packages effectively, you’ll gain insights that equip you with tools to grow your tournament’s sponsorship revenue and strengthen donor relationships. You’ll walk away with practical strategies for building a targeted prospect list to approach the right sponsors, designing packages that attract attention and deliver value, pricing packages that maximize sponsorship revenue, and using technology to engage sponsors and highlight ROI.

This session will focus on how nonprofits can harness digital tools, social media, and other technologies to raise awareness, advocate for public health causes, and engage their communities in health-related issues. The focus will be on using cost-effective and scalable technologies to create widespread impact.

So many nonprofit leaders are new to fundraising and nervous about making face-to-face asks, but those conversations are where the major gifts happen. This session will help attendees question their assumptions about whether asking is "rude" and how to get comfortable bringing the needs of their organizations forward for donor support. With practical tips and specific scripts for attendees to practice, they will leave this session with more clarity around fundraising person-to-person.

Stephanie Skryzowski | 100 Degrees Consulting

Building a Strong Financial Foundation for Growth and Impact is a comprehensive session designed to equip nonprofit leaders with the skills to enhance their financial management. Participants will learn about essential software and tools, understand various finance roles within an organization, and discover how to build an outstanding finance team even with limited resources. Additionally, the session covers the development of effective finance routines for monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.

Michelle Mapp | Mapp Consulting Group

Having a wide variety of viewpoints, life experiences, and perspectives can be a valuable asset for a nonprofit organization. But boards often lack a robust level of diversity that can make a real difference. In this workshop, we will examine various dimensions of diversity including race, ethnicity, gender, age, skills, experience, and more. Utilizing a variety of tools we will dive deep into why heterogeneity is so important, how to build rich diversity into your Board, and how to ensure you are building a culture that will support this development.
