2021 was a great year for the Nonprofit Learning Lab. We supported a wide range of professionals in the nonprofit sector through our online trainings, free resources, and more.
In 2021, the Nonprofit Learning Lab hosted 226 online webinars and trainings designed and facilitated by 80 unique trainers. These online webinars and trainings focused on fundraising, staff and volunteer training, facilitation and leadership, media and communications, strategy and planning, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. In total, we saw 15,896 unique registrants for this year’s online events. Although the pandemic continued to postpone our in-person events, we are hopeful for the coming year. Professionals from all over the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world joined us for our online events. Luckily, we only had to explain US time zones 295,938 times!
In 2021, we also hosted a number of webinars focusing on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion such as “Understanding Institutional Bias in the Workplace” and “DEI Research and Analytics”. In total, there were 2,654 diversity, equity, and inclusion webinar registrants who are now equipped with the skills they need to discuss and combat bias in their nonprofit organizations. You can find all of our diversity, equity, and inclusion resources on this page. We have 334 hours of training resources in our Nonprofit Library, available exclusively to Nonprofit Learning Lab members. Interested in membership? Follow this link for more information.
