CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON
& ONLINE EVENTS
Cancellation Policy:
We do not provide refunds for trainings, whether in-person or online. However, there are a few options at your disposal to ensure you get the most out of your registration. You can transfer your registration to a later training date. We add new training dates all the time. You can request a transfer of your registration to a colleague by emailing us at program@nonprofitlearninglab.org. We do not provide refunds if staff leave your organization. However, their registration can be transferred to another person within the organization. Refunded workshops cannot be used towards CEU hours or CEU certificates. This cancellation policy is agreed to in all workshop registrations.
Membership:
We do not provide refunds as listed in our cancellation policy on our registration forms. Membership is not transferable to individuals outside of those listed on your membership application form. Memberships are valid for one year and if you leave your organization, you can request to change the email address associated with your membership. If you or your organization becomes a member, we do not provide retroactive refunds to any past registrations or purchases.
Online Trainings:
All of our online trainings are recorded. If you miss an online training you registered for, you will receive all the materials. You can transfer a registration to a different training that is comparable in price or on a different date. You agree to the cancellation policy when you submit the registration form.
